Dressage at De Steppe

An important national dressage show is coming up this weekend. On 23rd May 1999 former international Prix St. Georges rider Kristina Geerts and national Grand Prix rider Ludo Verbraeken host a wonderful CDN at their dressage stable De Steppe in Mol, Belgium. Along with Schoten and the Cup of Belgium in Duffel, Dressage at De Steppe is the best organized dressage competition of the year. The facility installs a spacious indoor and outdoor arena (footing: wood chips mixed with white sand), two extra show rings in the pasture and several large warm up rings for the competition.

There are already 164 entries registered in the national show circuit. 25 Prix St. Georges tests will be ridden and 8 Grand Prix riders will compete in Mol. The top FEI pony riders will not be present, though, as the CDI Wiesbaden conincides with this event. Yet, CDN Mol will be an official selection show for junior and young riders in order to qualify for the Belgian Team. The Duke of Newcastle dressage club can be satisfied with such great participation. De Kempische Regionale, the regional dressage club of the Campine region;, has not yet transferred their entry lists.

With a barbecue in the outside tent and eating and drinking facilities on two places of the premises "the customers will alway be right". With more than eight sponsors Kristina and Ludo will be able to donate wonderful trophies and ribbons.
Be there!!!
